Our goal at S&P is to develop Southwest Virginia into a thriving economic and social community without losing its rural benefits and appeal. We strive to provide cutting edge ideas for developments throughout our area.
Many of our ideas focus on the welfare of the surrounding community. For example, we try to provide mixed use developments to encourage walkability, to stimulate the local economy, and to provide an incentive for employees to live close to where they work. Our plans on the 177 corridor include a gas station and convenience store, a hotel, high end restaurants, nursing and medical facilities, and townhomes. Combined with the other landowners, we hope that this area will become a thriving but unintrusive hub for Montgomery County.
